As you probably know, Apple themselves do not distribute spare parts. However, our original parts screens consist of certified original parts. Therefore, apart from the missing Apple logotype on the glass (due to trademark law) there is no qualitative difference between these screens and the ones used by Apple.
All products in stock are shown with a green button.
Products not in stock are shown with a red button.
If a product is not in stock, its "stock" is shown in gray. Products with high stock quantities are shown in green, mid in yellow and low in red.
All products not in stock are available for preorder. This means a product will ship as soon as we get it.

Click on "Welcome, <your name>" at the top of the website. Under My Account you will see a list of your five latest orders. Each order number has a list of the tracking numbers of each shipment within that order.

We can now send batteries with FedEx Express/Priority
Please note that to be able to receive batteries with Express delivery, you may only order as many batteries as you purchased screens/phones. If you order more batteries than that, they will be shipped with Economy as before.
For example, if you purchase ten screens, you may purchase up to ten batteries and we will ship them with Express. We hope that this will make things easier for you!

If an order has the status "Partially shipped", that means not all products could be delivered. Click on "Show order" to see which products have been shipped and which are on back-order.
You can also look under "My orders" to see your order history. This list also shows which orders are partially shipped.
MacBook batteries and screens take roughly 4-6 weeks to stock unless an order has already been placed.

Certain Samsung products are completely out of stock with our suppliers, as well as with the manufacurers. If it says that a product is out of stock, we cannot give you an estimated delivery time.

If you receive customer credit, it will function as a balance on your account. The balance is shown with VAT included, even for those customers who are exempt from VAT.
The amount of customer credit you choose to utilize will show up on your invoice and lower the price you have to pay, just as if you were using a credit invoice.
The following answer applies to all countries other than Sweden which are part of the European Union.
In order to register on our website, you need to provide us with a valid VAT identification number. As buyer-to-buyer purchases, your orders from us are then exempt from VAT charges.
When distributing a product within your country, you have to pay the locally valid VAT rate for the full price, meaning you/your customers will pay exactly the same VAT as if our company were located in your home country.
We are now selling certain phones with a VAT profit scheme, also known as profit margin taxation. 'Vinstmarginalbeskattning', VMB for short, is the Swedish word for profit margin taxation. MVAT stands for Margin VAT.
With a margin scheme, you only pay VAT based on the difference between what you paid for a used product and what you resold it for. In other words, you are taxed only on what you earned from reselling the product.
On your receipt/invoice from us, the VAT will be €0. When you resell the product, you should not specify the VAT on your customer's receipt/invoice. This is because the end user has no right to a tax deduction through a margin scheme.
You are responsible for handling this aspect of finances for any VMB phones bought from us. More information can be found on the European Commission's Taxation and Customs Union website.
Profit scheme VAT is only applicable to those phones that have MVAT or Vinstmarginalbeskattning or VMB in their names.
NOTE: It is only possible to order phones with profit margin taxation separately. It is therefore not possible to place an order that includes other items that are not taxed on profit margin.
You may request a return/RMA on our website.
To do this, click on "My Returns" in your account view. It is important that you precisely describe every defect in order to give our technicians the necessary information to quickly process your return order.
When the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been created, you will get an RMA number and information about your return, both by e-mail and on the website. You can easily track the progress of your RMA.
Returns are usually processed within a few days.

We only cover domestic return fees; customers outside of Sweden pay their own return postage.
We accept no returns for items €25 or below.
We do accept returns of mistakenly ordered items at values above €25, but charge 20% of the value of the items, or at least €25, for the trouble. The customer pays the return postage (from all countries except Sweden).
The item being returned shall be intact, in its unbroken original packaging, and with all accessories present (as applicable). Should this not be the case, the item will be sent back and we will bill the customer for the postage.
Mistaken orders and erroneous deliveries shall be reported within five days from the invoice date.
Invoice complaints shall be made eight days after the invoice date at the latest.
Mistakenly ordered items must be returned within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing by the customer and FHR Parts.
When you replace the screen on an iPhone 11 or later model, you get a warning telling you that the screen is not original. This message will disappear after a few days, but it will still be visible in Settings.
At the moment, there is a quick fix for this: After replacing the screen, go to Settings and set the date back in time by one month. The warning should now have disappeared, and you can reset the date to the correct day.
We cannot guarantee that this fix will continue working in the future as Apple releases new updates.
