FHR Parts AB proudly announce our new cooperation with a partner for insurance who is the world leading company for credit insurance solutions with over 100 years of experience.

Which countries have support to be able to apply for credit?
We will now be able to offer credit for customers in the following countries if the company is accepted by our partner for insurance:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxemburg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zeeland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and the United Kingdom.

Who is given credit?
The partner for insurance gives all company’s a credit decision from 1 – 9 based on the company’s financial position, history of payment, debts, loan etc. All companies that get 1 – 6 in credit score will be able to get a minimum of 4000 € in credit and 14 days due date. If you have ordered over the amount of your credit your account will temporary change to advance payment such as credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. When you paid your debt of the invoices the account will then be able to order by credit again.

How long will it take before the partner for insurance gives a credit decision?
If a company hasn't been checked up by the partner for insurance before it can take days before we get a decision because the office in each country/region needs to check all details for being able to grade in there system. If a company already is checked we get the grade directly. It’s not possible for FHR to make a decision to be given faster so please have patience.

How can I apply for credit?
First of all you need to be a registered customer at FHRparts.com, then please send us an email marked “credit decision” to invoice@fhr.se with your company details with VAT number.

Invoices.
Our invoices are handled by a company in Sweden called “Resultat Finans AB”, on the invoice you will see their company name and details for payment. If an invoice is not paid in time you will get a reminder fee of 60 SEK around 6€ depending on the times exchange rate and if not paid after reminder you will get a debt collection sent with a fee of 180 SEK around 18€ (depending on the times exchange rate). The debt collection is handled individually under each country. If the invoice goes over time FHR have the right to send an interest invoice (Interest on arrears) that needs to be paid in the detailed date for the interest to not increase further. If the first letter of claim haven’t been paid the invoice will go over to the bailiff and a fee of 640 SEK around 64€ (depending on the times exchange rate). If the case goes to trial due to a dispute, we can then pursue the case for foreclosure and will be a cost of 600 SEK per year around 60€ (depending on the times exchange rate).

In Sweden we have fixed statutory fees. The statutory default interest rate is calculated by summing the current reference interest rate by 8%. The reference rate is set by Sweden’s “Riksbank” once every six months. Here you can read the information from Swedish “Riksbanken”.

Information.
This is an extra service that we can offer you instead of advance payment and we will get back to you as soon as they give us a decision, if you need the items early we would recommend making an advance payment this time and hopefully the next order can be with credit.
