Macbook batteries can unfortunately not be shipped by express (Flight) -
Shipping rules of used phones - 1.5€ per unit
When it comes to used devices that are shipped outside Sweden it's more difficult to handle the process then with spare parts and the devices have also a higher weight then spare parts. Instead of taking a high fee for shipping we take a fee of 1.5€ per unit with a maximum cost of 25€. -

UPS Express Saver delivers during the day until 16:00.FHR Parts can now offer shipping with DHL via air express and road transport economy.

Orders placed before the specified times will usually be sent out on the same day.
All phones can be shipped with "UPS Express".
Batteries:
Currently batteries can not be shipped with UPS, this will however be possible soon as we are currently awaiting documents on "Dangerous Goods".
Please note: that to be able to receive batteries with Express delivery, you will have to order as many batteries as you purchased screens/phones. If you order more batteries than that, they will be shipped with Economy as before.
For example, if you purchase ten screens, and you also purchase ten batteries, they will ship with Express. We hope that this will make things easier for you!Information regarding "dangerous goods":
Orders sent outside Sweden with dangerous goods, please divide your orders if you wish the other goods to arrive by express. By this we mean an order containing products with dangerous goods and products that are not time-critical, you create a new order with express for the remaining products. This is because we cannot guarantee that all postal addresses are available for dangerous goods. If your address is not available for UPS express, it will be sent with the best possible standard option.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the warehouse will split the orders afterwards, so please check out as described above. For questions, contact our support.

How do I know which products are on back-order? Where can I find my back-ordered products?
Click on "Welcome, <your name>" at the top of the website. Under My Account, you will see a list of your five latest orders.
If an order has the status "Partially shipped", that means not all products could be delivered. Click on "Show order" to see which products have been shipped and which are on back-order.
You can also look under "My orders" to see your order history. This list also shows which orders are partially shipped.

MacBook – Longer delivery times
MacBook batteries and screens take roughly 4-6 weeks to stock unless an order has already been placed.
Please contact support@fhr.se to learn the current delivery times. -
Samsung – Longer delivery times
Certain Samsung products are completely out of stock with our suppliers, as well as with the manufacurers. If it says that a product is out of stock, we cannot give you an estimated delivery time.
We hope to have these products available again soon.

Important information about IOS 16 and 15.5
About iOS 16:
There has been reports of problems when upgrading your device to iOS 16. This kind of beta software updates often are very buggy, especially early releases. This bug is for all models. There is nothing wrong with the spare parts, they will work flawless if you downgrade your iOS again to the earlier verision. This is a problem in the system that is not a 100% fixed at the moment. This issue is effecting users worldwide and a solution will be available soon. Please ask your customers to downgrade to the earlier iOS in the meantime.

What is the WSF stamp on my product?
This is the stamp of "Willstar Technology limited", a supplier to FHR Parts. The four numbers represent your order number. -
Warranty for products
Warranty for different products:
- Warranty for iPhone and MacBook screens is 12 months.
- Warranty for Samsung and Huawei screens is 1 month. Must be returned in original packaging.
- Warranty for other parts is 6 months. Contact us for more information.
This is not covered by warranty:
- Damages caused by the customers technicians.
- Products that the customers have glued, cut or altered themselves.
- Products that are not purchased from us.
- Damaged flex cables.
- If the content of the package is damaged on it’s way back to FHR. Please make sure the package is secure.
- FHR Parts can not guarantee the battery health of “defect/Face ID” phones.
Note: All returns that are denied will get a article number so that you as a customer can add the product to your next order. If you wish to have products sent back to you in another way, you will have to pay for the shipping.
In every RMA we note the article number if there are any denied products. -
How can I tell which screens came from you?
All of our screens get marked with one of our branding stamps, as well as the year and batch number.
Our branding stamps: FHR, RY, CHF, CN, FHM and WSF.

Are iPhone Original Parts actually original screens?
As you probably know, Apple themselves do not distribute spare parts. However, our original parts screens consist of certified original parts. Therefore, apart from the missing Apple logotype on the glass (due to trademark law) there is no qualitative difference between these screens and the ones used by Apple.

Are INCELL screens thicker then OLED screens?
They are a bit thicker, since incell is a LCD + backlight, while OLED don’t have any backlight.

iOS 16:
Det har rapporterats problem när användare uppgraderar sin enhet till iOS 16. Denna typ av beta-mjukvara har ofta många buggar, särskilt i ett tidigt stadie. Orders with unpaid invoices
Orders will be stopped if there are unpaid invoices. Please contact our support to inform us about payment so that we can release new orders, alternatively the order will be released as soon as the unpaid invoices are paid.

How can I tell if a product is in stock?
All products in stock are shown with a green button.
Products not in stock are shown with a red button.
If a product is not in stock, its "stock" is shown in gray. Products with high stock quantities are shown in green, mid in yellow and low in red.
All products not in stock are available for preorder. This means a product will ship as soon as we get it.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Where can I find the tracking number of an order?
Click on "Welcome, <your name>" at the top of the website. Under My Account you will see a list of your five latest orders. Each order number has a list of the tracking numbers of each shipment within that order.
You can also click on My Orders to see all your past orders.

What does it mean if a product is offered for “Preorder” instead of “Buy”?
The product in question is not in stock. You can preorder it, meaning we will send it to you as soon as we get it delivered.

What do the different price ranges mean?
Some products come at different prices points depending on origin. We offer both high-quality original parts and cheaper alternatives in the form of our AC Factory products, as well as even cheaper Chinese versions.

Payments

How does FHR invoice?
Since 2022-03-01, FHR automatically invoices in its own systems and has no external partner when the invoices are sent out. All invoices must be paid directly to FHR's account. The invoices are sent automatically in connection when your order has been packed, we only invoice for goods that have been sent. The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail together with tracking numbers and other information. By default, the invoices are sent out to the specified login email at FHR, it is also possible to add an e-mail for invoice and this email will be sent to both addresses. You can do this yourself under my pages or contact support@fhr.se. It is possible to download your invoice if you have made your order before 1/7, we are working on making this possible for older invoices.
When it comes to collection, FHR will send the invoices on to our partner who will collect the amount.
Invoices before 2022-03-01 are sent out by earnings finance and if there are debts, the payments must still go to earnings finance, which then pays out to FHR. However, no new payments may be paid to Resultat Finans, but all must go directly to FHR's account. FHR's bank details are clearly marked for each invoice. If you have no debts with earnings finans, please remove their account from your bank.
In the event of incorrect payments, it is the customer's obligation to resolve it together with the recipient, FHR will of course try to assist with all means we can to facilitate the process. In the end, it is the customer and the recipient who must solve the process.

Which value added tax (VAT) will be charged?
The following answer applies to all countries other than Sweden which are part of the European Union.
In order to register on our website, you need to provide us with a valid VAT identification number. As buyer-to-buyer purchases, your orders from us are then exempt from VAT charges.
When distributing a product within your country, you have to pay the locally valid VAT rate for the full price, meaning you/your customers will pay exactly the same VAT as if our company were located in your home country.

What does MVAT/'vinstmarginalbeskattning'/'VMB' mean?
We are now selling certain phones with a VAT profit scheme, also known as profit margin taxation. 'Vinstmarginalbeskattning', VMB for short, is the Swedish word for profit margin taxation. MVAT stands for Margin VAT.
With a margin scheme, you only pay VAT based on the difference between what you paid for a used product and what you resold it for. In other words, you are taxed only on what you earned from reselling the product.
On your receipt/invoice from us, the VAT will be €0. When you resell the product, you should not specify the VAT on your customer's receipt/invoice. This is because the end user has no right to a tax deduction through a margin scheme.
You are responsible for handling this aspect of finances for any VMB phones bought from us. More information can be found on the European Commission's Taxation and Customs Union website.
Profit scheme VAT is only applicable to those phones that have MVAT or Vinstmarginalbeskattning or VMB in their names.
NOTE: It is only possible to order phones with profit margin taxation separately. It is therefore not possible to place an order that includes other items that are not taxed on profit margin.
Returns and Compensation Claims

What does the return process look like?
You may request a return/RMA on our website.
To do this, click on "My Returns" in your account view. It is important that you precisely describe every defect in order to give our technicians the necessary information to quickly process your return order.
When the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been created, you will get an RMA number and information about your return, both by e-mail and on the website. You can easily track the progress of your RMA.
Returns are usually processed within a few days.

Refused RMA:
When it comes to products that are refused, you will receive an item number that you can use to add the refused return to your next order. In every RMA case that contains refused products, you will receive a message about your article number that applies to the refused products so that you can order them home with your next order. After 2 months, if this has not been done, we will recycle the products.
Search for the article number and add it to your shopping cart, alternatively write a comment on the order for customer service to add it for you.

Who pays the return postage?
We only cover domestic return fees; customers outside of Sweden pay their own return postage.
Return shipping outside Sweden:
For return shipping outside Sweden, you need to arrange the shipping back to us. We will instead reimburse you up to SEK 300 (FHR.se) / 30.00 € (FHRparts.com) for return shipping to us.
When arranginging a return back to us from outside Sweden, please send the copy of the reciept to support@fhr.se
so that we can create a credit invoice for the amount that can be used for future orders. Credit invoice will be sent by email from our support.Returns are now sent to:

Right of withdrawal?
We accept no returns for items €25 or below.
We do accept returns, Right of withdrawal, at values above €25, but charge 20% of the value of the items, or at least €25, for the trouble. The customer pays the return postage (from all countries except Sweden).
The item being returned shall be intact, in its unbroken original packaging, and with all accessories present (as applicable). Should this not be the case, the item will be sent back and we will bill the customer for the postage.
Mistaken orders and erroneous deliveries shall be reported within five days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the customer and FHR Parts.
Invoice complaints shall be made eight days after the invoice date at the latest.
