The following answer applies to all countries other than Sweden which are part of the European Union.

Condition for your registration on our website is that you provide us with a valid VAT identification number. As intra-Community deliveries, your orders from us are VAT-exempt, i.e. no VAT is charged.

When distributing a product within your country, you have to pay the locally valid VAT rate for the full price, i.e., in total you pay exactly the same VAT as if our company was located in your home country.

In this case we do not have the respective product in stock. However, you can preorder it, so we will send it directly to you as soon as we get the delivery. If the shipping time is stated as 7+ days, please contact us for information about the availability of the product.

As you certainly know, Apple themselves do not distribute spare parts. However, our original screens consist of certified original parts. Hence, apart from the missing Apple logotype on the glass (trademark law) there is no qualitative difference between these screens and the ones used by Apple.

We offer both high-quality original parts and cheaper alternatives in the form of our AC Factory products. For more detailed quality description can be found here.

We send all goods from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. At the moment, we offer two different shipping options: the TNT express shipping for 19€ (1-2 days delivery time) and the UPS standard shipping for 9€ (1-3 days delivery time).

If you place your order before 3 pm CE(S)T, the order will usually be sent out on the same day.

*Note that batteries can't be sent with express delivery.*

If we doesn't have all your parts in stock we will deliver them with no extra shipping cost as soon as we restock. The second shipping will always goes as standard.

You can request an RMA for a finished order on our website. To do this, click on “My Returns” in your account view. It is important that you precisely describe every defect in order to give our technicians the necessary information for quickly processing your return. RMAs can usually be processed within a few days’ time.
